- Transitioned license from GPL-3.0 to Apache 2.0 for commercial and closed-source adoption.
- Replaced optimistic CAS retry loops with single deterministic short mutex, eliminating retry collapse.
- Added ReentrantWriteError detection to prevent nested mutation deadlocks.
- Overhauled TTL scheduler with generational tracking to eliminate priority queue memory leaks.
- Verified free-threaded CPython (3.13t/3.14t) execution with PYTHON_GIL=0.
- Added 11 concurrency regression tests in tests/test_concurrency.py.
